Red Tail Subdivision
The Red Tail subdivision is one of the best new neighborhoods in Meridian. It is a massive development with homes that could easily appeal to any kind of lifestyle. They are great homes with beautiful construction, great lots, and awesome features. These homes come in 3 and 4 bedroom models with 2 to 2.5 baths. Inside they are about 1,800 to 2,000+ square feet in size. Each home also has an attached garage that has either a 2 or 3 car garage; some of the homes even come with RV and boat parking and garages.
Red Tail is located off of Meridian Road and Victory in South Meridian right next to the Red Tail Apartment complex. This neighborhood and apartment complex are owned by the same company, so all the amenities that the apartment complex has are available to the residents of the Red Tail subdivision as well. These include a pool, clubhouse, gym, and much more. Not to mention this subdivision is just down the street from some of the best shopping of south central Meridian.
Sheppard Creek Subdivision
Another south Meridian gem, the Sheppard Creek subdivision is one that embodies comfortable living. It is a development of ranch style homes that come in many different styles of both one and two stories. They can be anywhere from 1,800 square feet to 2,000+ square feet so whatever size of house you want you can find it here in the Sheppard Creek subdivision.
There are dozens of amenities for the residents of Sheppard Creek to enjoy. There are bulk food stores, a water park, libraries, movie theaters and so on and so forth. Not to mention they are also near a couple of freeway and highway access ramps to get them around the rest of Idaho and the rest of the Northwest.

New Subdivisions in Nampa Idaho
When it comes to new subdivisions in Nampa, the Blackhawk subdivision is one to remember. When it comes to amenities, for example, Blackhawk has its own parks, is near to a few more and is also very near to the Karcher Mall. Nearby there are also many grocery stores and other great shopping opportunities. The neighborhood also has sidewalks throughout connecting the whole community together.
As with most of the Treasure Valley, the homes in the Blackhawk subdivision are ranch style dwellings. There are about one hundred of these units and they come in a wide variety of sizes and styles. They usually start at 1,200 square feet and go up to 2,800 or so square feet of living and storage space. These homes have around 2to 5 bedrooms and 2 or 2.5 bathrooms on average.
The Greens at Ridgecrest Subdivision
The City of Nampa is an awesome place to live and among the great things there are in Nampa, the Greens at Ridgecrest is one of the best—for several reasons. Mainly, they are ranch style homes that come sizes from 1,500 square feet to 2,100 square feet— and sometimes more! They will usually have 3, 4, and even 5 bedrooms as well as 2.5 bathrooms.
Inside the Greens at Ridgecrest there is a large park that has two baseball diamonds, wide open spaces, and it is right next door to an elementary school that has a playground and other things to enjoy.
