Eagle Homes by Neighborhoods

Nestled between the Boise/Meridian urban area, the farmland, and the foothills, Eagle has access to just about everything it wants or needs while remaining a smaller, distinct community.  Take a look at the neighborhoods below; you might find the ideal spot for you.

Eagle Homes by Neighborhoods

Eagle has a well-deserved reputation for beautiful homes, lots of open space, and nice neighborhoods.  Though the size, age, and price of these houses vary widely by neighborhood, many are energy-efficient and have luxury touches such as granite countertops, hardwood floors, custom wood cabinets, gas fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and large plots of land.  As you approach the city limits, more and more houses have features like stables and pastures.

Not only are the houses spectacular, but the subdivisions are stellar too. It is pretty common for neighborhoods to not only have their own common areas with playgrounds and pathways, but also a pool and clubhouse, ensuring that the neighbors will have an opportunity to mingle and get to know each other.  There are three golf courses and numerous city parks in the area, with water features, skateboard parks, baseball facilities, playgrounds, and gardens.

Eagle has its own vibrant downtown area, complete with retail, theaters, parks, boutiques, restaurants, and more.  The city has made an effort to preserve that area’s historic appeal, and it is an ideal location for community events.  If this is not enough to please, downtown Boise is only about a twenty-minute drive away; in other words, Eagle residents have a chance for twice the amount of urban adventure.

Eagle is ideally situated for those who enjoy great Idaho outdoors.  The Boise River and the Greenbelt are nearby to the south, offering a scenic place accommodations for a walk, biking, swimming, boating, and fishing to name a few.  There is something for everyone in the City of Eagle. Eagle Island State Park is also close, offering further accommodation ideal for a swim, boating, hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing and more.  The foothills are only minutes away from any given point, where you can hike, ride horses, and mountain bike.  The mountains themselves are not much further away, with camping, boating, hunting, fishing, whitewater rafting, and more; including visiting the small towns strewn throughout the area.  For example, Garden Valley (population approximately 394) boasts the popular outdoor Starlight Mountain Theater in the summer, as well as historic mining and logging sites that may be of interest.
