What makes Triplett Ranch Homes a great place to live?

Most of the houses in Triplett Ranch have three or four bedrooms, a three-car garage, and between 3,700 and 4,500 square feet on one-third to two-thirds of an acre. The Boise subdivision, begun in 2006 with some homes still to be built, has a community pool and is near a trailhead for the Ridge to Rivers trail system. The backyards of these homes are bounded by the open hills themselves, ensuring that residents get spectacular views of nature--and the city view to the east is stunning.

The Boise River and the Greenbelt run just a bit south of Triplett Ranch, offering a lovely place ideal for opportunities to bike, run, fish, swim or just relax. Barber Park is quite close, with its playfields, basketball court, and playground. Additionally, Barber Park rents tubes and rafts for those who wish to float the river, a popular Boise summer pastime. You may return the tubes at Ann Morrison Park and take a tram back to Barber Park.  Another nearby water option is Lucky Peak Reservoir, a popular place for opportunities to boat and swim.

Triplett Ranch, though on the edge of the city and close to nature, is still only a fifteen-minute drive away from downtown Boise. There, you can find anything from nightlife to the Capitol building and more.

Children in Triplett Ranch attend Adams Elementary, East Junior High (right next to the subdivision), and Timberline Senior High School. However, because boundaries frequently change due to circumstances beyond the district's control it is encouraged to check the Boise School District's website for accurate and current information.
